Terms of Service
Operated by GlueGo, Co. (d/b/a Miami Event Photo Booth)
1. Reservation & Retainer
A paid Retainer Fee is required to reserve the agreed date and time.
All Retainer Fees/Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, even if the event date is changed, canceled, or postponed for any reason.
No part of any order, including photo previews, will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
2. Payments
The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. If payment is not received, the credit card on file will be charged automatically.
All transaction fees apply (4.5% for credit card, $30 for wire/ACH). Transaction fees are non-refundable.
Printed items: Printing costs cannot be refunded once the design process has started.
3. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
Providing parking access or covering any venue-mandated fees.
Ensuring the safety of the Provider’s equipment. Any damage, theft, or loss caused by the Client or their guests will be billed to the Client.
Reviewing and approving all designs, overlays, and templates before printing. Once approved, Provider is not responsible for typos, errors, or omissions.
4. Venue Access & Setup
Client must ensure Provider has venue access at least 1 hour prior to event start time for setup.
Adequate space, electrical power, and protection from weather must be provided.
Failure to provide access may result in reduced service time without refund.
5. Outdoor Events
For outdoor events, the Client must provide:
A tent/canopy covering for protection from rain, sun, or wind.
A dry, level, and shaded surface with power access.
Provider reserves the right to stop service if conditions risk equipment damage or guest safety.
6. Idle Time & Overtime
Any requested idle time (non-operational hours) must be agreed upon in advance and may incur an additional fee.
Overtime requested on-site will be billed at $XXX per additional 30 minutes (pricing is depending on service), subject to staff availability.
7. Complimentary Items
Complimentary items listed under “Photo Booth Includes” have a maximum face value of $10 per item.
These cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or discounted pre-event.
8. Provider’s Responsibilities & Limitations
If the Provider cannot perform this contract due to fire, casualty, strike, act of God, illness, emergency, or other cause beyond Provider’s control, the Retainer Fee will be refunded and the contract terminated with no further liability.
In the event of operator illness, a qualified substitute attendant will be provided whenever possible.
If Provider fails to perform for any other reason, liability is limited to a refund not exceeding the retail value of the Client’s order.
In the rare event of equipment malfunction, Provider will make reasonable efforts to fix the issue on-site. If unable to do so, liability is limited to a partial refund proportional to the time lost.
9. Travel & Venue Access Fees
Events beyond a 30 mile radius may incur travel fees.
If the venue has loading restrictions, stairs, or elevators, Client must notify Provider in advance. Additional fees may apply for difficult access.
10. COVID / Illness / Postponements
In the event of illness, pandemic-related closures, or force majeure, the Retainer remains non-refundable but may be applied to a future date within 12 months, subject to availability.
11. Harassment & Safety
Provider staff have the right to withdraw services if they experience harassment, unsafe conditions, or inappropriate behavior from guests.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
12. Image Rights & Marketing Use
Clients are granted full rights to reproduce, print, and share images in any media, size, and format without restriction.
Provider may also use event photos or videos for marketing and promotional purposes unless the Client opts out in writing before the event.
13. Contract Modifications
Any changes or modifications must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
14. Information Sharing & Privacy
Protecting client information is an important part of our business. We collect and use personal information solely for:
Providing contracted services.
Communicating with clients about services, proposals, and event details.
Customer service and support.
Occasionally contacting clients about products, promotions, or services we believe may be of interest.
We do not sell or share client information outside of these purposes.
15. SMS Communication Consent
By calling or texting 1-844-474-6868, you agree to receive text messages from Miami Event Photo Booth.
